Graduated in Law from Faculdade de Direito of Lisbon in 1985, her professional career has been characterised by the liberal practice of law, together with university teaching of law subjects at the Universities of Lisbon and the Algarve, and the deepening of her knowledge of law by attending various post-graduate courses and master’s degrees at prestigious national universities over the years.
